Before you get stuck in moving forward, we are there to prevent that from happening.

I got to know Christiaan many years ago when he had just started 'Sport Naturel.'
For me, at that time, it was fun; it was a small group of nice people. I wanted to improve my overall condition outside of the 'standard' gym setting. Working in nature and with nature to (re)learn natural skills, strength, confidence, condition, balance, and a bit of self-defense is such a diverse and complete offering there is no need to look anywhere else.
Christiaan is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and curious in and outside his work area. Besides that, he is just a great person. He can push you to a point/limit you might not be comfortable with at first, but he always has experience and knowledge backing him up. If you get an opportunity to work with him, take it; it might be your best decision so far.
After he moved to the States, I started looking for a replacement program/training in the Netherlands. I haven't found anything so complete or satisfying as his Sport Naturel program.

When first started joining Christiaan's lessons, I was near my worst physically.
I had long neglected any sort of self-maintenance to keep myself fit.
In my first 'class' I joined, I was able to follow half the training before being exhausted to the point of being unable to continue.
I kept at it, with encouragement from Christiaan. Christiaan can uniquely create an environment in which working out is fun and effective, to the point that it is an activity I look forward to every week.
